"Rudik Abramov Is The Man"
I bought a car from TAB just over a year ago. It was a 2015 BMW X5, loaded. I waited a year to write this review in order to make sure the car lived up to my expectations and there were no nasty surprises. So far, so good.
Full disclosure: the day after I picked up the car, I noticed that it was out of alignment. I called Rudik and they sent me to a alignment guy who fixed it free of charge. Other than that, I have had no issues with this car.
Let's go back to the day I bought the car. I walked in expecting to purchase a particular X5 that I had seen online. I called ahead to tell them I was on my way. I thought it would be smooth. It wasn't. There was one problem after another blocking my way - I didn't have the right documents, I could not find insurance, there were issues with financing, I needed a letter fro my gf certifying she would not drive the car, and I had to change my address at service Ontario in order for the purchase to go through, etc. etc.
I thought I was totally screwed. At one point, it looked like the deal would not go though.
However, Rudik Abramov went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm not sure how, but he managed to solve all of these problems. He made a couple dozen phone calls. He faxed, he emailed. He got a guy to drive me over to service Ontario in the knick of time and get the things I needed. He got me a great deal on insurance and saved the financing deal that looked like it was impossible. It was a frantic couple of hours there ...... but by the end of it all I drove away in my brand new X5. Awesome feeling.
I rate this guy 11/10 and would definitely buy another car from him.
